The Life at 50 Degrees series, produced by the BBC, visits 10 countries around the world where deadly heat is becoming more common, and shows how people are adjusting to the new reality. Some stay and try to adapt by painting buildings white to reflect the hot sunlight or planting trees for shade. Others choose to move to cooler climates, becoming climate migrants.
